Life Inside

The cold, gray walls enclose you. Time drags. Each day resembles the last: a monotonous cycle punctuated by grub and guard rounds. Communication with the outside reality is severely curtailed. Hope becomes your constant shadow. You search for purpose in this confined existence.

You try to hold onto a sense of self. There are moments of humanity: a helpful guard, a passing conversation with another cellmate, the occasional kindness of a family member. But these moments are transient, quickly swallowed by the brutal reality of serving your time.

The weight of your actions bears down you. Redemption feel like distant, elusive dreams. You wonder if you'll ever truly break free, not just from the bars, but from the emotional shackles that trap you within.

Conviction and Consequence

A belief is a potent thing. It can fuel actions, ignite passions, and guide us toward our goals. However, each conviction carries with it an inherent weight. If one think that barrier can conceal secrets, believe again. Walls, including any other things, are capable of hearing. Historic wisdom warn people that walls have ears, and while this may seem like a tale, the reality is quite alarming.

When Innocence Fades
